That depends on what you mean. Do you mean in operations or curriculum? In operations, they may have had a sustainability audit to help reduce energy and resource (water, etc.) use, made changes to help their buildings operate more efficiently, implemented aggressive recycling and waste reduction programs, purchased renewable energy, etc. However, if you mean by curriculum, then they may have a green focus on classes - either by offering a strand of classes with a focus, or adjusting the content of more traditional classes (such as business classes, etc.) to come from a sustainability focus.

It means that they recycle everything possible, and are considering the environment with cooling and heating.
I am going green now I think I'll start with my eyes, they are already green, in order to better see the possibilities of taking care of our environment, keeping our Cities cleaner and safer for the next Generation.

It means they've done a bunch of stuff to reduce the environmental impact of the school, like better insulation, solar-thermal panels on the roof for heat, grass roof (like the Ford F150 assembly plant), or maybe even buying alternative-power credits for their electricity.
Whatever they did, they decided it's enough to declare "Mission accomplished", obviously.
Now, what fuel are they using in their school buses?

They probably are starting a recycling program and maybe are purchasing recycled products...in addition they may be using renewable energy or more energy efficient bulbs...finally they could be serving locally grown or organic food.

I think it means that the popularity of smoking marijuana has significantly increased... That's how it is in Tennessee at least...
