Not with the cost of water and sewer in my city,also I love to fish so in a way I'm keeping the water level up just a little.Imagine if this question caught on and most people became a little more conscience of it how much water would not have to be recycled and how much money that would save the planet.Good question ,it seemed a little simple,however, if it really caught on, WOW

This is an interesting question as I used to run the water whilst brushing teeth w/o any thought. I have now modified my behaviour due to water restrictions, etc and turn it off.

No ... But but occassionally I forget then feel guilty.



Letting the water run whilst brushing uses 6 litres of water, and only one litre when you dont let it run. About 5000 litres a year can be saved.

Ah, that's a bad habit. I can't stand that! Do you know of the miniscule percentage of fresh, usable water we have here on Earth and the consumption of water all around the world? I believe it is about 2-3%. Sorry for the lecture but DON'T WASTE WATER!

Whilst I brush my pearly whites I would rather keep the water running.



REASON:



(1) Turning the pump on and off uses more energy than if you just keep it on.



(2) I save water in other ways, such as shorter time in the shower.



(3) I save energy and water. I have no reason to feel bad.
