Hi! Caloric needs can differ for every teenager because they have different heights, weights, and levels of physical activity. According to the information you gave, you should eat somewhere between 1,800 to 2,000 calories a day since you are 15 years old. Be sure to at least have a somewhat healthy diet with plenty of protein rich foods so you won't be as hungry for the next meal. Drink plenty of water so you are hydrated and don't overeat . Always eat breakfast because that keeps your blood sugar levels stable for more energy and less cravings for junk food. Hope I helped a bit :)

at least 2000. Stick to fresh fruits and veggies, salads, eggs, chicken, turkey, fish, whole grain cereals and drink lots of water. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, greasy foods, sodas, coffee or starches. Noodles, rice, potatoes, bread, muffins and all forms of pasts turn into sugar in your body. Eat only what fits in a soup bowl. And of course do some exercising.
